Ballyfinane N.S enjoyed Friendship and Wellness Week 2023 through a wellbeing schedule of activities. W e walked into the week on Monday morning with a mindful walk.We skipped through the week with a mix of activity and rest. We drummed to our hearts content on Monday. We danced with our friends on Tuesday. We timed out with some relaxation through yoga on Tuesday and Wednesday. Mindful Art helped us along on Wednesday and on Thursday we gave gratitude for all the good we have. Friday we call ‘Friendship Day’ – we chill and spend our time together!
