Ballyfinane National School has a huge tradition of music in the school. All pupils play the tin-whistle with their class teacher. Accordion, fiddle, concertina, guitar, keyboard etc. regularly brought into school and the pupils love mixing modern and traditional music. The pupils learn a wide repertoire from Ed. Sheeran, Jess Glynn, to the Ballydesmond Polka, Waltz’s, and Slides.
There is also a huge tradition of singing and performing in the school which includes our Annual Christmas Show and Annual Carol Singing in Manor West.
